STUDIO PRACTICE 1970-73

‘Permutation’ was a continuation of my exploration of symbolic images.

Here confined to basic outline shapes and just four colours, within a grid
as an organising structure.

It was about overlaying and sequencing shapes in conjunction with colour.

‘Timestream’ is symbolic of time as a stream, forever flowing – past, present, future continuum. Related to my interest in Tantric Yantras.
